Cheesecake and Investing in you Brand

I started getting into baking and recently made my first Cheesecake! I love cheesecake and not just any type of cheesecake from anywhere. It has to have a certain type of texture, taste, and quality to it. In my world Juniors Cheesecake in NYC has the best cheesecake in the world.  

So how was I going to get the cheesecake I’ve been craving for a while? I decided to make it! Determined to get it right I did tons of research for what I wanted in my cheesecake. Purchased the proper equipment and ingredients to make it. Then followed the instructions to the recipe proof of images and reviews that this recipe works and that I could do it. The results of going through all that work? 

SATISFACTION! 😋

It was worth all the time and effort I invested into making it, and even my husband loved it who’s not a big fan of desserts! If I would have not done the research, skip steps, skim on ingredients, and used substitute tools, my cheesecake would have been a complete fail and wasted time.
